Welcome to Embraced by Desire. By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Embraced by Desire provides professional brow, lash, and advanced skin treatments in Mississauga, Ontario. All services are provided in a professional setting and are subject to availability.
Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.
2. Appointments & Deposits
Appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment date if cancellation policies are respected.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
Loss of deposit
Cancellation fee
Requirement of full prepayment for future bookings
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

e-Transfer
All sales are final once services have been rendered.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic services, all services are non-refundable once completed.
If concerns arise, clients must contact us within 48 hours so we may assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution if applicable.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.
Embraced by Desire reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe.
Clients assume responsibility for disclosing accurate health information.
7. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. No guarantees are made regarding longevity or specific outcomes of treatments.
Proper aftercare is essential to maintain results.
8. Liability
Embraced by Desire is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from:
Undisclosed medical conditions
Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Allergic reactions not disclosed prior to service
Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided.
